The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the real estate process.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
