Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup. The CSR also is responsible for taking direction and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process.

In Short

  • Intake new cases and verify information.
  • Draft cases in the Dane Street system.
  • Assign/schedule new cases to physicians.
  • Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines.
  • Update clients on case progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Work from home with technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Preferred Associate’s Degree.
  • Business experience in healthcare or insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and time management abilities.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines.
  • Ability to manage case assignments efficiently.
  • Long periods of sitting and computer work.
  • Maintain an uninterrupted internet connection.
  • Ability to lift and bend as required.
