In Short

  • Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR) needed.
  • Support the ICE law enforcement mission.
  • Answer incoming calls and process web tips.
  • Review, analyze, and process tips for further action.
  • Available to work around the clock as necessary.
  • Work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Utilize telephony systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multitask and research information on multiple databases.
  • Handle sensitive information with care.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in a contact center.
  • Knowledge of searching databases.
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Experience with CRM and ticket tracker systems.
  • Ability to listen actively to sensitive information.
  • Ability to enter data while communicating.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze information.
  • Ability to conceptualize scenarios and communicate them effectively.
