Overview

SteerBridge Strategies is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to support the ICE law enforcement mission by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining public relations through effective communication.

  • Must have a minimum of five years of specialized experience.

Requirements

  • Five years of specialized experience in a Contact Center.
  • Knowledge of searching databases and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in data entry while communicating with stakeholders.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training and support to new CSRs.
  • Experience with telephony systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to create ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Capability to work independently and analyze information.
  • Active listening skills for complex information.
