Requirements

  • High school diploma minimum.
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and initiative.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and solve problems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work seated for long periods.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 to 40 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
