Overview

The Customer Service Representative I role at Fullsteam involves supporting customers to maximize the value of the software and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while contributing to software analysis and testing.

In Short

  • Learn and communicate product offerings to customers.
  • Guide customers through installation and training processes.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Document, analyze, and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Provide live chat, email, and phone support.
  • Track interactions using ticketing tools.
  • Engage with customers for successful platform adoption.
  • Work the 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST shift.
  • Participate in pager rotation for support.
  • Contribute to business initiatives and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in software training is a plus.
  • Background in networking preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field desirable.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Dependable with a strategic mindset for process improvement.
  • Ability to learn technical knowledge related to software.
