Overview

As an Account Executive at ACGI, part of the Fullsteam organization, you will be a key driver of the organization's growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales.

In Short

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients.
  • Tailor software solution presentations and demos.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in associations industry.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fast and adaptive learner with a focus on results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
