Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

The Senior Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Fullsteam’s infrastructure and applications.

• Work closely with development, operations, and Business Unit teams.
• Support infrastructure and application engineering teams.
• Analyze and improve operational procedures.
• Lead Cloudflare integration across multiple business units.
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and configure DNS zones using Cloudflare DNS.
• Implement SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management.
• Automate Cloudflare configurations using Terraform.
• Participate in change review processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with modern DevOps tooling.
• Expertise in AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of web traffic flows and HTTP/S protocols.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency in DevOps tooling including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Database management experience with various technologies.
• Programming/scripting skills in BASH, Shell, or Python.
• Minimum qualifications include SSA-A or AZ-305 certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role at a similarly sized company.
