Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

Tilt is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help us scale our business by leading initiatives that ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our systems and services.

In Short

• Architect and own cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Lead GitOps tooling adoption for Kubernetes.
• Proactively detect anomalies and recommend optimizations.
• Automate incident detection and remediation workflows.
• Mentor engineers on SRE principles and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Champion security best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML in operational workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for distributed systems.
• Ability to identify system risks and performance bottlenecks.
• High levels of empathy and connection with company mission.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in startups or B2B SaaS.
