Senior Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

Tilt is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by leading end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
• Drive customer onboarding timelines and project plans.
• Align complex leave policies within the Tilt platform.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate customer trainings and onboarding sessions.
• Support post-launch onboarding activities.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with B2B SaaS businesses.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise HR stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• High levels of empathy and alignment with Tilt’s mission.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to learn software quickly.
• Experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
