In Short

• Lead the delivery of Improvado’s Professional Services projects.
• Act as a technical consultant for clients, explaining product capabilities.
• Manage custom implementations end-to-end, focusing on data modeling.
• Turn messy marketing data into scalable datasets.
• Run client meetings and drive delivery at a high standard.
• Own project plans, scope, timelines, and communication.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing data or BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles.
• Able to manage complex projects independently.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data.
• Technically hands-on with a willingness to dive into data work.
