Overview

The Senior Implementation Manager at CVS Health is responsible for directing customer benefit plan implementations for Self-funded New Business Clients, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

In Short

  • Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a single point of contact for implementation.
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate and address customer requested exceptions.

  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of knowledge of CVS Health products and services.
  • Experience in Health Plans/Benefits Implementation.
  • Project management and leadership experience.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with new client onboarding processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
