Overview

We are hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to join Spare's Partner Launch team!

In Short

• Accountable for successful customer launches and long-term partnerships.
• Service setup and optimization to deliver maximum value to customers.
• Focus on customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead complex customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
• Manage data migration needs and ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with Growth and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Advocate for customers with the Product Team.
• Travel within Canada and the USA for kick-offs and launches.
• Be a first point of contact for customers in emergencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in leading complex SaaS enterprise implementation projects.
• Experience in managing data migrations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in leading customer training sessions.
• Adaptability in dynamic settings.
• Availability to travel within Canada and the USA.
