Overview

The Senior Manager, Implementation Configurations oversees and develops Implementation & Validation Analysts, ensuring efficient configuration for customer product implementations and change requests.

In Short

• Guide the configuration team through consultative project onboarding.
• Manage onboarding for new team members and facilitate cross-training.
• Conduct product knowledge review sessions and participate in solution demos.
• Serve as a technical SME for assigned product lines.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of patient journey variables.
