In Short

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time.
• Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact.
• Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external.
• Build, maintain, and track project timelines.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers and Customers Success Managers.
• Contribute to improving project management and delivery operations processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a customer facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.
• Experience running complex technical projects, including agile sprint planning.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer influencing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite and other stakeholders.
• Team player skilled at collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Bias towards action and influence on customer outcomes.
