Overview

As a Senior Manager, Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation delivery of Fieldguide’s enterprise SaaS solutions for our clients.

In Short

Lead a team of implementation professionals.
Manage complex implementation projects from start to finish.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Develop effective change management strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Possess a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation.
Proven track record of managing complex projects.
Strong team leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of change management principles.
Strong technical aptitude.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
