Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical sourcing experience.
• Proven success in filling hard-to-find technical positions.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts.
• Skilled in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Knowledge of the Silicon Valley technical talent market.
• High bar for candidate quality and sourcing rigor.
• Curiosity about AI and adeptness with AI-driven tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to create scalable sourcing processes.
• Bonus points if based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
