We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a crucial role in growing our Engineering and Development teams in the UK.

• Partner with recruiters to provide insights on the UK tech talent market.
• Increase diversity within talent pipelines.
• Track candidate information in our ATS, Lever.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics.
• Stay informed about new technologies in the UK tech landscape.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing technical talent.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of technical roles and job requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, ideally Lever.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive for continuous learning in sourcing methodologies.
• Understanding of UK employment law.
• Legally able to work in the UK.
