Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches.
• Experience identifying top candidates for R&D roles.
• Experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Creative thinker in sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
• Experience with ATS and analyzing sourcing data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive personality thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive mindset.
