Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer.
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches.
Experience identifying top candidates for R&D roles.
Experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Creative thinker in sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
Experience with ATS and analyzing sourcing data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive personality thriving in fast-paced environments.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Strong organizational skills and a positive mindset.
