Overview

As our VP of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy, you’ll be the operational and strategic force behind our go-to-market engine. This role partners closely with our CRO and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You'll ensure our GTM teams are aligned, enabled, and equipped with the processes, technology, and insights needed to perform at the highest level.

In Short

  • Design and optimize processes to improve AE and SDR productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive scalable processes for efficiency and predictability.
  • Oversee functions including Deal Desk and Sales Ops.
  • Lead revenue analytics and forecasting with the Data team.
  • Align operational execution with company-wide revenue strategy.
  • Drive insights across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Establish data governance frameworks for revenue reporting.
  • Design and manage incentive plans with Finance and HR.
  • Lead change management initiatives across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading Revenue Operations and Sales Strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations.
  • Expertise in structuring AE and SDR teams for performance.
  • Strong background in managing sales support functions.
  • Proficiency in revenue forecasting and data analytics.
  • Experience with RevOps platforms and AI technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with collaborative leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
