Technical Sourcer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a contract Technical Sourcer to support our recruiting team in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and technical talent. This role is contract-based and requires working PST hours. You’ll be instrumental in building strong pipelines and driving top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for technical roles across the company.

In Short

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for engineering, data, and product roles
• Source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow
• Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates
• Maintain organized pipelines and track progress in the applicant tracking system
• Conduct initial screens to evaluate technical skills and interest
• Deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates while focusing on quality
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Product Managers
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever)
• Must be available to work core PST hours
