The Senior Manager, Implementation Configurations oversees and develops Implementation & Validation Analysts, ensuring efficient configuration for customer product implementations and change requests while fostering a culture of growth and impact.

• Guide the configuration team through consultative project onboarding.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• 9+ years in healthcare with platform expertise.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of products and integration experience.
• Project management and JIRA proficiency.
