As an Implementation Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring successful launches, optimizing service setup, and building strong customer relationships.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading customer training sessions.
• Self-starter with adaptability in dynamic settings.
• Availability to travel within Canada and the USA.
