Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Spare!

In Short

  • Customer relationships - this role is customer-oriented and our top priority is building relationships with our customers and keeping them happy!
  • Ensuring our customers are successful and as self-sufficient as possible on all things Spare.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customers' transit services.
  • Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with Growth and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Travel within Canada and the USA for onsite visits.
  • Available for emergencies, including evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success in SaaS.
  • Experience with multiple B2B customers.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful and thrives in dynamic settings.
  • Availability to travel within Canada and the USA.
  • Experience working at a fast-paced startup.
  • Experience with complex tech products.
  • Bonus: Previous experience or interest in transit.
  • Bonus: Experience working with government customers.
  • Bonus: Background in project management.
