Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering world-class partner experiences, ensuring partners can onboard, adopt, and expand their service offerings with Commvault Technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role focused on technical outcomes.
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription enterprise software company.
  • Ability to maintain technical competency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical certifications or relevant experience in data management.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and partner objectives independently.
  • Understanding of data center operations and related technologies.
  • Experience with escalation management and mentoring.
