Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Commvault is responsible for becoming a trusted advisor to Enterprise Customers, ensuring successful post-sale relationships and driving customer success with cyber resiliency objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and executives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management.

  • Experience in project management and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge in Cyber Resiliency and Data Management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Technical knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
  • Travel may be required within the designated region.
  • Preferred certifications in relevant cloud and security areas.
