Commvault is seeking a motivated Commercial Legal Intern to join the Americas Commercial Legal team and gain hands-on experience in technology transactions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a law student (2L preferred)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong interest in technology transactions and commercial law
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
