Overview

Commvault is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join the Corporate Trust Team and gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and public company disclosures.

In Short

• Research key topics for SEC filings, including proxy statement and periodic reports.
• Research and apply modern best practices to our governance documents, including charters, guidebooks, and policies.
• Track corporate legal news, including case developments and enforcement actions.
• Initiate and execute your own “intern project” that builds trust in the business.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• Current law student.
• Legal research skills.
• Effective written communication for attorneys and non-attorney businesspeople.
• Interest in responsible corporate governance.
• Can-do attitude.
