Legal Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Legal Intern at Sphero, you will assist the company’s Chief Legal Officer with various legal responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in corporate law.

In Short

• Assist with negotiation and drafting of corporate contracts.
• Maintain and update standard forms of agreements.
• Update corporate records and contract files.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, including privacy and security.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio: patents, trademarks, copyrights.
• Support employment and operational issues as needed.
• Help update/create corporate policies.

Requirements

• Current 1L law student transitioning to 2L in fall 2026.
• Desire to learn quickly.
• Interest in complex contracting principles.
• Preference for candidates interested in transactional work or privacy law.
• High professional ethics and integrity.
• Strong judgment and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and superior organization.
• Must reside in the Denver/Boulder area and be authorized to work in the USA.
