• Design, write, and execute email campaigns to drive engagement.
• Manage HubSpot CRM for effective campaigns.
• Develop engaging email content and optimize for impact.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics.
• Test and iterate on email content and variables.
• Optimize workflows and automations in HubSpot.
• Create and implement lead scoring models.
• Generate reports and analyze data for trends.
• Ensure communication between marketing and sales teams.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends and HubSpot features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot and email automation.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MQL to SQL activities.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with other marketing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge in the educational space is advantageous.
