Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at LILT, you will be a critical link between our core engineering teams and our most complex and strategic customers. This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer success.

In Short

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for new enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for solution design.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Offer technical consultation and best practices to clients.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Be willing to travel frequently (up to 25-35%).
  • Gather requirements and implement solutions on-site.
  • Act as a feedback channel for product improvement.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with software integration and APIs.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for client success.
  • Experience with translation management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
