Overview

Join Delinea as a Technical Account Manager and help minimize security risks by managing privileged access for enterprise customers.

In Short

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Delinea’s Privilege Access services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer engagement and success.
  • Monitor customer health and communicate results with sales and support teams.
  • Deliver remote services including software configuration and training.
  • Resolve high priority customer issues impacting service delivery.
  • Document customer environments for faster issue resolution.
  • Coordinate Early Beta Access program for new releases.
  • Travel to customer facilities for business reviews and assessments.
  • Maintain performance levels measured via customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop executive-facing reports summarizing updates and analyses.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Understanding of applications and infrastructure in large organizations.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Management solutions.
  • Ability to lead large technology projects.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and server administration.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and compliance knowledge.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and PowerShell.
  • Experience with other PAS solutions is a plus.
