Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Ping Identity ensures clients are successful with Ping solutions, partnering with them to optimize their experience from purchase to production.

In Short

  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients.
  • Facilitate visibility into product roadmap for customer engagement.
  • Assist with configuration help on features and flows.
  • Conduct business reviews with customer leadership.
  • Assist in planning and strategizing platform roll-outs.
  • Provide ad-hoc training to customers.
  • Engage in escalation of support tickets as needed.
  • Provide product demonstrations of Ping technologies.
  • Coordinate with other teams to address customer needs.
  • Manage ongoing customer needs to drive retention.

Requirements

  • 5 years of enterprise customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of Java and web technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks.
  • Proven track record with enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Identity Management or Access Management.
