Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at TrustArc, you will be responsible for the successful integration of TrustArc products, supporting small to enterprise level clients, and developing strong relationships that lead to retention and business growth.

In Short

  • Provide strategic and tactical client services to complex and high-touch clients.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
  • Facilitate large group meetings for clients regarding TrustArc products.
  • Provide technical assistance during implementation and deployment.
  • Work with the engineering team to manage customer requests.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in client interactions.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for TrustArc products.
  • Manage projects effectively within agreed timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding customer adoption of TrustArc products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of technical documentation including product specs and API integrations.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
