Overview

The Associate Technical Account Manager I at TrustArc is responsible for the integration of TrustArc products, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective technical support and project management.

In Short

  • Manage Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc’s Cookie Consent Manager solution.
  • Handle inbound client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Translate customer needs into strategic solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance during implementation and deployment.
  • Maintain organized documentation of projects and tasks.
  • Utilize client-based tools for customer management.
  • Contribute to product development and process enforcement.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Escalate customer issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Clarify feature requests to ensure full understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years in technical support or account management.
  • Understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and API integrations.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills.
