In Short

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for top-tier enterprise clients.
• Develop strong relationships with customer teams from DevOps engineers to CTOs.
• Lead technical workshops and guide teams through GitOps, Kubernetes, and Helm deployments.
• Provide architectural guidance and troubleshoot complex deployment issues.
• Conduct technical health checks and recommend pipeline improvements.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and contribute to product feedback and planning.
• Support sales and renewals by identifying expansion opportunities and demonstrating value.
• Collaborate with open-source teams and help shape community best practices.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of deployment methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in guiding clients through complex infrastructure decisions.
• Ability to deliver workshops on GitOps or Kubernetes.
• Experience in solving advanced DevOps challenges.
