Overview

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive ongoing support and value from LexisNexis® Risk Solutions products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Technical acumen with familiarity in cloud platforms and networks.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, SOAP UI, and related troubleshooting platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proactive issue resolution skills.
  • Skilled in using Salesforce and other CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with networking and referrals.
