Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will join Atmosera’s Client Success Team to work with strategic ISV clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while supporting their technical and operational requirements.

In Short

  • Manage client accounts to foster long-term relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Increase client satisfaction through regular meetings and communication.
  • Drive revenue and retention within assigned client portfolio.
  • Understand and articulate technical strategies related to client needs.
  • Act as a client escalation point for timely resolution.
  • Identify risks to client goals and mitigate them accordingly.
  • Monitor customer health and ensure client happiness.
  • Advocate for clients across various operational teams.
  • Provide technical training and support regarding Azure.
  • Offer environmental intelligence using Azure Dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in a services role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technology, ideally Azure.
  • Experience in solving technical client inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Client-first approach with strong leadership skills.
