In Short

• Seeking a Cloud Security Administrator for the Cloud Escalations Team.
• Overnight shift from 9pm - 6am PT, Monday - Friday.
• Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents.
• Manage service requests and install customer systems in Azure.
• Implement automation using PowerShell and Bicep.
• Ensure compliance with various security frameworks.
• Communicate technical issues to clients clearly.
• Develop documentation for standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for escalated support.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bicep for automation.
• Experience with networking platforms and firewalls.
• Expertise in administering Hyper-V and VMware.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• AZ-104 Azure Administrator certification is required.
• SC-200 certification is a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code is beneficial.
• Experience with Azure Expert MSP is a plus.
