Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the successful integration of TrustArc products, supporting small to enterprise-level clients, and developing strong relationships with our clients that will lead to retention and growth of the business.

In Short

  • Serve as the technical expert for all TrustArc products supported by the TAM team.
  • Provide technical assistance during implementation, deployment, and ongoing support phases.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Leverage troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and address bugs.
  • Maintain technical documentation and processes for operational efficiency.
  • Act as a technical champion for clients, translating their needs into solutions.
  • Identify and support upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share technical insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in software technical support or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debugging tools.
  • Basic understanding of Tag Management Systems and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical documentation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or equivalent.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience creating processes and updating runbooks.
