Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Ping Identity, you will be responsible for ensuring clients are successful with their Ping solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value throughout the client journey.

In Short

  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for Ping solutions.
  • Facilitate visibility into the company’s product roadmap.
  • Assist with configuration help on features and flows.
  • Coordinate and conduct business reviews with customer leadership.
  • Assist in planning and strategizing roll-outs for platform adoption.
  • Provide ad-hoc training to customers.
  • Engage in escalation of support tickets as needed.
  • Provide product demonstrations of Ping technologies.
  • Coordinate with other teams to address customer needs.
  • Manage ongoing customer needs to drive retention and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Java and web technologies.
  • 5 years’ enterprise customer-facing experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Identity Management or Access Management.
  • On-call availability may be required.
