Technical Writer III - Remote

Overview

Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Writer III to join our extraordinary documentation team. You will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and engineers to create and maintain core documentation.

In Short

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams.
• Deliver clear and user-friendly documentation.
• Investigate and learn about PingOne DaVinci and similar products.
• Translate complex concepts into understandable content.
• Work with AsciiDoc in a Docs-as-Code environment.
• Follow the software development life cycle for documentation needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of technical workflows.
• Document AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience documenting complex software, preferably IAM applications.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong understanding of technical administrator needs.
