Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will help the world’s largest companies transform their operations through automation, ensuring they achieve maximum business value from the UiPath platform.

In Short

  • Take ownership of customer technical success with the UiPath Platform.
  • Be a core member of the account team, strategizing adoption plans.
  • Engage and influence customers to elevate their automation programs.
  • Provide infrastructure planning, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable stakeholders on best practices for automation.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
  • Perform technical health checks on automation programs.
  • Collaborate with Product Support to resolve escalated incidents.
  • Provide technical advisory through webinars and demos.
  • Develop processes and methodologies for best-in-class delivery.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programming (.NET/Java).
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to communicate on diverse technical topics.
  • Preferred experience with UiPath or similar automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
