Overview

As a Senior Automation Developer at UiPath, you'll be at the forefront of Agentic Automation innovation, designing and implementing automation solutions that transform how our customers work.

In Short

• Deliver process automations to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of UiPath products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows.
• Implement and configure efficient scripts and objects.
• Analyze business processes for improvements and develop RPA solutions.
• Gather project requirements and support integration with partner products.
• Support existing automations and implement change requirements.
• Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases.
• Problem-solve issues in robotic processes and provide timely solutions.
• Work with the product team to suggest improvements and add external technologies.
• Comply with UiPath’s policies at all times.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks.
• Cross-functional business and application knowledge.
• Understand Python and Object-oriented languages.
• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
