Overview

As a Senior Automation Developer at UiPath, you'll be at the forefront of Agentic Automation innovation, designing and implementing automation solutions that transform how our customers work.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for RPA solutions.
• Create reusable components and maintain well-structured code.
• Gather project requirements and support integration with third-party technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in robotic processes.
• Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases.
• Support existing automations and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the product team for core functionality improvements.
• Participate in client-facing scoping discussions as needed.
• Prepare work effort estimates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle and automation technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks.
• Cross-functional business and application knowledge.
• Understanding of Python, object-oriented languages, and database query languages.
• Recent experience with large language models and agentic implementations.
