Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Harper, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a set of strategic customers, providing technical guidance and resolving issues.

In Short

  • Build relationships with key technical decision-makers at customer accounts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Track and manage customer issues and requests.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their issues and requests.
  • Work with the engineering team to develop solutions.
  • Provide off-hours customer support as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background, including experience with databases, SQL, and NoSQL.
  • Experience with technical account management for large, enterprise customers.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, MQTT, caching, and real-time messaging.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
