Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Yuno, you will lead discussions with clients, helping them integrate and maximize the value from our payment solutions.

In Short

  • Lead discussions on technical and product strategy with senior leadership.
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their operational needs.
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams for product customization.
  • Monitor product integrations and ramp-ups for success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical account manager or integration engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML.
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js).
  • Exposure to server and database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
