Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Wiz, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction with our cloud security platform. You will provide both strategic and hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer journey.

In Short

  • Drive customer adoption and usage of the Wiz platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with key performance indicators.
  • Measure and report on customer achievements of objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve issues.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Continuously monitor cloud security threats and updates.
  • Grow knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven track record of customer success and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish/Danish and English.
