Senior Manager, Partner Marketing - AMER - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing AMER is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving the "with, to, and through" partner marketing strategy across the US and Canada. This role is responsible for leading a team of Partner Marketing Managers to deliver measurable pipeline growth through our ecosystem of Distributors, National Resellers, Global System Integrators, and Service partners.

• Define the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the AMER region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers.
• Oversee distributor marketing strategy, performance, and ROI.
• Ensure partner programs contribute to regional pipeline targets.
• Manage the AMER partner marketing budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AMER partner marketing.
• Standardize campaigns and event playbooks across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing.
• Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors and Resellers.
• Prior experience managing a 2-tier distribution marketing model preferred.
• Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS/Enterprise technology landscape.
