In Short

• Position: Customer Success Manager

• Maintain and grow customer relationships

• 5-10 years of experience in Telecom sales required

Requirements

• 5-10 years of sales experience in Telecom
• Knowledge of SIM, eSIM, Activation, and Customer Analytics
• Experience in Digital marketing is a plus
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to articulate value propositions
• Experience in a team selling environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to develop C-level relationships
• Proficient in administrative tasks
• Professional and ethical representation of the company
